Bacchus Collection
The term "Bacchus" refers to the Roman god of wine and barley. According to Roman myth he was the son of Jupiter and Semele.
 How is the Bacchus glass engraved?
After cooling and before painting, these glasses are sent to several etching stations. The etching process involves a few craftsmen performing different etching task. One etches the grapes, one the vine, and another the leaves. After the glass is completely engraved and polished, it is painted by an artist who paints a different part of the etching until the glass is complete.
