You will not find plastics, polyresins, veneer on pressboard here. Your total satisfaction is very important to you and to us. We are licensed by the state of Colorado.

Making A Purchase

You may purchase online at www.Lindecor.com or phone our helpful Customer Service at the phone number listed at the top of this page. We also accept orders by mail and fax.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover/Novus, and American Express payments as well as personal checks, cashier's checks and money orders. Checks must clear the bank before the order is shipped. For custom orders such as the Amish furniture and items that are made to order, fabrication is not started until payment is received.

The Order Process

  • When you checkout, the final page is your receipt. Print it for your records.
  • If you typed your email address in accuratly, you will also receive an immediate email receipt confirming your order. No credit card information will be in this email for your security.
  • You can simply reply to the email to contact us. If you do not receive the email, double check the email address on your printed web receipt.
  • Review your receipt for accuracy. If there is an error, notify us immediately by email. If you do not receive a reply from us within a day, then phone us.
  • Your order begins to be processed within 1-2 busines days. Processing starts with payment verification. A cancellation and restocking fee may apply to certain orders.
  • Your payment is verified, whether it is credit card or check. This takes 1-2 business days depending on the method. Personal payments (checks) take longer to verify.
  • Most orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks of receipt of your order. The Amish Furniture is made to order and can take up to 10 weeks to ship.
  • When your order arrives, check the contents immediately. If there are any problems, notify us within 2 business days by email. Photographs of the damage will be required. You need pre-approval before you return your item because you may return it to the wrong address.

    If you're paying offline, prices are good for one calendar month from when you place your order. This date will be on your web receipt and the email response you receive.

    Alternatively, you can pay with a personal or cashier's check or a money order. Your order will ship faster if you pay with a money order or cashier's check. Please make it payable to Gardecor, LLC and mail your payment to Gardecor, Box 7016, Golden, CO 80403-0101, USA with your order number.

    A returned check bears a $50.00 fee plus any attorney or collection agency fee. If a check is returned, you will be notified to submit the amount of your order, plus $50.00 and must pay by either certified check, valid credit card, or money order within (7) days of the date of notification. If this matter is not resolved, we reserve the right to proceed with a collection agency, and you will be fully responsible for the cost of the order and all fees incurred during the collection process. Let's keep everyone's costs down.

    Accounts are overdue if payment isn't made to either Gardécor®, LLC dba Lindecor.com, the parent company or its vendors within a month of product receipt. All overdue accounts are subject to a $50 fee, 18% apy interest starting from one month of product receipt. Client is responsible for all attorney fees and collections costs. If client enters a contract either verbal or written with Gardécor®, LLC dba Lindecor.com where Gardécor®, LLC agrees to reimburse or discount services or products and the client account is overdue, then Gardécor®, LLC dba Lindecor.com rescinds the discount or reimbursement and the client is responsible for all costs before the discount or reimbursement.

 

Shipping And Handling

Most items are shipped less than 1 - 3 weeks of receipt of your order. Custom orders take longer. Amish furniture is crafted especially per your instructions. The Amish start your order with ordering the wood for your heirloom. Please allow 10-12 weeks to ship these beautiful pieces of furniture. Some common pieces in honey or golden oak stain may be in stock. Contact us for availability.

Before shipping, we receive your credit card payment or wait until your personal check clears. This will add to the above lead time to ship.

If your item is discontinued, you will be notified by email.

Please be aware that our shipping costs are continually rising with the oil crisis. We do not expect shipping charges to lower, only continue on their rise.

Prices include Free Shipping to Continental US for most (not all) items. We will use our method of shipping choice. Please contact us for shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations outside the United States and for expedited orders.

Items that do not include free shipping are large items that ship via freight (over 90 lbs or large oversized items). These include but are not limited to the Amish furniture. You can either purchase these items online and we will contact you with your final cost for your approval before commencing with your order. Alternatively, you can phone us to request a Lindécor™ Special Quote.

International Orders. For large orders (over 90 lbs or oversized items), we don't ship internationally. You will need to ship to customs and have a customs broker of your choice arrange shipping to you.

International Customs Policies - Some countries charge customs handling and customs brokerage fees for incoming packages. Per law, the recipient is responsible for customs fees, duties or any other cost associated with international shipments. This includes items shipping from our international affiliates to the USA. Check with your country customs for details.

Customers are responsible for duties and other no-shipping charges arising from international shipments. Our shipping rates do not include duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges for which customers are responsible. We do not know what these charges will be. Customers are strongly advised to find out what these are before ordering.

We are not responsible for charges when the customer gives a wrong address or the recipient is not home on redelivery attempts. If the shipper returns the item to us after 3 delivery attempts for any reason, the customer will be charged for the return shipping and handling. We will resend the gift to at the customer's request if the customer agrees to pay the re-shipping and handling charges.

 

Delivery Schedule

Most items are shipped less than 1 - 3 weeks of receipt of your order. If you need your item right away, please phone us for availibility.

Before shipping, we verify your payment with the bank or wait until your personal check clears.

If your item is discontinued, you will be notified by email or phone.


 

Tax Charges

Taxes are determined by the invoice address. We ship from locations worldwide. Colorado residents placing orders will be charged the required state and local tax.

By law, the recipient is responsible for taxes from international shipments.

 

Credit Card Security

Your credit card information is securly encrypted with 128-bit code which is approved by leading banks and used by Cisco Systems for their routers.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover/Novus, and American Express. All credit cards are verified with the bank before the order is processed.

NOTE 1: Your statement will reflect a charge from Gardecor, llc, LLC, the parent company.

NOTE 2: We are very pro-active in confirming that credti card numbers are valid. As a security measure, for some orders, your credit card company will contact you to confirm that you authorized a charge. To date, we neither had numbers compromised nor charged stolen numbers. Thank you for helping us to maintain this positive transaction history.

 

Guarantee

We offer competitive pricing. If you find an identical item on the Net at a lower total cost (price of item plus shipping, handling and tax), please let us know. We will try our best to offer you a lower price.

The competetive eStore must be a legal U.S. business site, not an auction site, and not a wholesaler. The listed item on the competitor's site must not be a "lost-leader" item (priced below their cost to attract your business); a second-hand, item, backordered, or refurbished. We reserve the right to not underbid the competitor.

For consideration, send to us the exact URL of the product (not the home page), the item name, catalog numbers (ours and competitor's), competitor's price, shipping, and handling charges. The competitive price must be reported to us within 2 weeks prior to making your purchase.

We honor all product warranties. Contact the manufacturer if you have a warranty claim. If the item arrived damaged and the box was damaged, contact the shipper and us.

Our goal is to offer only high-quality products to you. If you are not happy with the quality of an item, we will review the item and make a determination as to the validity of this claim. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and disclose nothing about you to third parties. We treat you as you would entering any store. We do not collect marketing statistics about you. Cookies are used only to keep track of only your searches and shopping cart contents. Your shopping cart contents will be saved in a cookie - that is, you can shop now and return later to make the final purchase. We retain the right to change our policies at any time without notice.

 

Returns Policy

Returns are granted only if the merchandise has a manufacturer defect. We reserve the right to "make good" on the order and have the item repaired or re-made at our cost if it does, indeed, have a defect. Photographs may be required.

No returns are granted because the item color does not match the color on the monitor or because an item differs by 10% or less in either dimension.

All returns must be approved by us before you return the item. This is to ensure that you return the item to the correct warehouse. A claim must be filed by email within 7 days of receipt of the item, and you must receive a reply within a day otherwise the claim can be considered as not received.

If you need to return an item, first contact us. Include the reason that you want to return the item, your phone number, the order number, the item, and a valid email address. Returns must be packaged in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we are at fault.

If the item was damaged during shipment to you, then file a claim with the shipper.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee after an order has been processed. Once an order has been shipped we cannot cancel the order. If the customer needs to cancel the order, the customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Mistakes can be made and we do not guarantee that there are no typographical errors on this website, including the prices. If the price does have a typographical error to teh extent that we lose money on the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order unless the customer agrees to pay the intended and fair price.

Colorado laws govern the relationship between Gardecor, LLC and customers of Lindecor(tm). All disputes will be resolved in the State of Colorado under Colorado jurisdiction.
